Description:
Data on litterfall N and P inputs to the soil surface of tallgrass prairie. Litterfall mass was measured using 5 cm x 100 cm litterfall troughs installed on watersheds with different burning frequencies and in different topoedaphic positions. Subsamples of collected litterfall were composited, digested and analyzed for total N and P content.
